Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping — $15.00 for orders under $150
  • Express Post — $22.95 for all orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Express Post is charged at a flat rate.


Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from:

Unit 1/30 Edgar Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

  • Pickup is generally available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
  • 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Collection must be arranged in advance via email or phone

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.


Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some items are made to order and may require additional production time before dispatch. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express Post — typically 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


Delivery Conditions

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Australia Post network delays
  • Public holidays and peak periods
  • Weather events or service disruptions
  • Regional and remote delivery locations

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Responsibility & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers; however, we will assist in lodging enquiries or tracking requests where required.

Babieswise is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Returns & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help you choose the right item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this for you promptly.


Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the nature of custom or personalised products, these items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
